SS 22
Arutiunova’s Spring/Summer collection is a story about reckless, vivid and boundless “no rules” parties in the seventies. It’s the very first night clubs, legendary Studio 54 and its main star Bianca Jagger, whose every look, no matter if it was laconic white suit or provocative shinning dress, awoke admiration and desire to look alike.
Shine, feathers, revealing cutouts, flared trousers, less fabric, more body, provocation and seduction. And, certainly, dancing, which is an endless inspiration of brand’s designer Anna Arutiunova. “During the pandemic we’ve all missed the feeling of fun and celebration, Anna says, this collection is primarily about joy and pleasure, things, that clothes bring us.”
Collection’s emphasis – cutouts, which have already become signature ones for the brand. This time you can see them on bodies, dresses, jackets and anorak.
Some items are transformers because of detachable details. For instance, trousers can become shorts, midi-skirts may transform into minis and jacket gets a chance to be worn as top. For certain looks we offer lacing in different colours.
Designer confidently works with decorative elements: boa made of ostrich feathers, fringe in a combination with colourful crystal and Japanese beads, rhinestones and fabric-covered buttons.
Collection’s main colours are black, shade of beige, neon pink, lime, orange, and main fabrics are wool, viscose satin, silk, chiffon, cotton and jersey.
The collection includes bodies, cropped tops, flared trousers, jackets, blouses, palazzo trousers, mini and midi skirts and dresses, anorak and trenches. Trousers and skirts are made in two versions – with slightly high waist and also with a cutout on the front and long detachable belts.
